Instead of strict dieting, you’ll follow a nutrition approach built around your goals and lifestyle. The focus is learning how to eat in a way that supports progress while still being realistic.
Weekly Progress Check-In:
Each week you’ll complete a check-in that tracks important things like workouts completed, nutrition consistency, body weight, progress photos, and any feedback or struggles. This helps keep everything moving in the right direction.
Technique Reviews:
Send over videos of your lifts and I’ll review them. so helping you clean up your form, correct mistakes, and get most out of your training.
Program Adjustments:
Your plan won’t stay the same forever. As you progress, I’ll adjust calories, macros, or training when needed to make sure you feel you getting closer to your goals.
